Shipping policy

We dispatch orders on Mondays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched within 7 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days after that (UK). During busy periods, longer delivery time is expected. 

International shipping:

We ship to select international destinations via DPD. International delivery times vary by destination:

-            Some of Europe: 3-12 business days

-            USA & Canada: 5-10 business days

-            New Zealand & Australia: 5-12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs processing in your country. Processing time may take up to 7 working days.

Shipping costs are set at fixed rates based on the weight of your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

US:

For deliveries to the US, orders to taxed using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) through DPD. They will be included in the checkout price.

Europe, New Zealand & Australia:

For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping prices and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. We have no control over these charges.

All international shipments include accurate customs declarations with HS codes to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

We use DPD for our delivery.
