Refund policy
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage unless a faulty or wrong item has been sent. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@chrisharrisoncars.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
